Tools
The Tools tab provides players with the capability to manage their accounts (through the User Information subtab) and to obtain hand histories. (Stay tuned for more tools in the coming months).
- User Information - display and manage your personal data, contact information, email address and password. This tab provides 4 subtabs to let you easily locate and manage the information in which you are interested. In the interest of security we require that players provide their passwords with any change submitted on these tabs.
- The personal info subtab allows players to review the data entered at time of registration and activation of a real money account. If you have yet to activate your real money account then you are permitted to change (edit) your name. However, once you have activated your real money account you can no longer edit the name you provided. No player is permitted to change their nickname. Players are free to correct their birth date at any time.
- The contact information subtab allows players to review and change (edit) their address, and telephone numbers provided when they activated their real money accounts. For players that have yet to activate their real money accounts no data is displayed.
- The email address subtab allows players to change (edit) their email addresses, see the validation status of an email address, select mail out options and initiate an new validation email in order to validate an email address.
- The change password subtab allows players to change their passwords and/or secret questions.
- Hand History - Planet Poker boasts the best hand histories on the internet! Our hand histories are presented in a neat, graphical format so that players can quickly review all details of a hand without scrolling through pages and pages of text. You can view hand histories while you are signed in at the game site. The flexible search capability allows you to locate hands based on your last showdown, your last 10 hands, a specific hand number or by a specifying a date and time frame. All hands meeting your search criteria are presented in a summary display. You click on any hand in the summary to view the details. With the click of a button you can have the hand history details mailed to your email account.
