To withdraw funds from your cardroom account

1. Log into cardroom and go to the CASHIER to "Request a Cashout".

  • All payments are in US dollars.
  • We will endeavor to process cashouts by your preferred method where it does not contravene our obligation to our e-cash vendors. In general, it is our policy to process cashouts in the manner the deposits were made wherever possible. This means that if you deposit, for example, by Click2Pay, then our normal means of cashout will be back to the Click2Pay account the funds were received from.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a service charge of $25 for processing cashouts for players who have not recently played real money games &/or tournaments in the cardroom. This fee will be waived on accounts that have earned at least 1000 points since their last cashout or the past 30 days, whichever is more recent.
  • Current payment methods available:
  • If more than one method is desired, please indicate your preferences and amounts in the COMMENTS of your cashout request.
  • Cashouts will not be routed to an individual other than the registered owner of the account.
  • Cashout frequency is limited to one per 8 day period. Requests for additional cashouts will be considered on an individual basis, and must be requested by email.
  • Every effort is made by P$e-Cash to process cashouts within 2 business days of the receipt of the cashout request, however, all cashout requests are subject to review, and may be held for up to 30 days pending the outcome of an investigation. And, while we endeavor to process all cashout requests in a timely fashion, during this time, we ask that you please allow 4-6 weeks after approval, for final cashout funds to be received.
  • To Cancel your Cashout Request: If you select "Make a Deposit" after submitting your cashout request, and before it has been processed by P$e-Cash staff, you will be prompted to reverse the cashout instead of making another deposit. In this case, your funds will be returned to your cardroom account, and your account will be reset so you may request another cashout. (i.e. does not count toward "one in 8 days".)

2. Submit your P$e-Cash Cashout Request form

Your cardroom account will be debited, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your request. Your payout will be processed by one or more of the following:

  • NETeller: NON-USA MEMBERS ONLY
    • You must have an existing NETeller account. Payouts can be directed to your NETeller account. Please note that such transfers will be sent ONLY to the email address registered on your cardroom account, therefore it is your responsibility to ensure that this email address is also active (i.e. confirmed) on your NETeller account.
    • Minimum amount accepted by NETeller is $5.00. Maximum amounts may be restricted to $2500, and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
    • NETeller accepts only even dollar amounts, therefore any remaining cents will be credited back to your cardroom account.
    • NETeller electronic transfer payments will appear in your NETeller account on the same or next business day.
    • NETeller offers free ATM cards for their account holders which may be used for withdrawals from your NETeller account. Please see the NETeller site for details
  • Click2Pay: NON-USA MEMBERS ONLY
    • You must have an active Click2Pay account.
    • Minimum: $5.00
    • We will send cashout requests ONLY to the email address registered on your cardroom account, therefore it is your responsibility to ensure that this email address is also active (i.e. confirmed) on your Click2Pay account
    • Click2Pay offers ATM cards for their account holders which may be used for withdrawals from your Click2Pay account. Please see the Click2Pay site for details.
    • Click2Pay has advised us of an immediate policy change affecting U.S. member withdrawals.
    • Users who wish to withdraw from their Click2Pay accounts are asked to send an email to withdrawal.click2pay@click2pay.com with the amount and the bank transfer details in order for them to process it. Note: Minimum amount $1500 USD.
  • Wire Transfer: 
    • Minimum: $500 Maximum: $5000
    • Fee - $75. The wire charge will be deducted from your cashout amount.
    • You will be asked to provide wire transfer instructions, which you MUST confirm with your bank. The smallest error in the bank codes will cause delays which can take up to weeks to resolve. Please ensure details are complete.
    • Allow 20 banking days for your funds to arrive.
    • Any additional bank charges levied by correspondent banks in transit, or your bank to receive the wire are NOT covered by the cardroom.
  • Money Transfer: 
    • Min. $50 Max. $1500 each transaction. Refer to CASHIER for details.
  • ePassporte: 
    • Min. $10 Max. $750 each transaction. Refer to CASHIER for details.
    • $2 fee will be deducted from the amount of the cashout request.
    • Allow 2-5 banking days for your funds to be deposited into your ePassporte account.
  • Check:  US MEMBERS ONLY
    • Min. $10 Max. $574
    • Intended for final cashouts - to avoid delay, please request your full balance, or funds will be returned to your poker account.
    • Delivery by regular mail sent to the address registered on your poker account. It is incumbent upon the player to ensure that the mailing address is complete and correct prior to requesting his cashout to ensure correct delivery of the cashout check.

    3. Cashout request is approved

    After approval, an automated email is sent to the email address registered on your account confirming the payment details. Please allow up to 30 business days for your funds to arrive, regardless of the method chosen.
