A: The pre-select buttons are deisgned to help speed up play by allowing players to specify their desired bet action in advance of their turn to act. In fixed limit games, the bet options you will receive on your turn are "fixed" and can be anticipated to a reasonable degree.

However, in no-limit and pot-limit games, the betting options are such that they cannot be easily anticipated beforehand and making a pre-selection may cause some players to commit more funds than they anticipate. We do provide options to set your bet amount in advance or to pre-select the Fold ASAP or Check/Fold action.

A: Our system is designed to detect and manage diconnections and where possible you will be automatically reconnected. We also have safeguards in place so that unscrupulous players can't take advantage of a situation by pretending to be disconnected.

Now back to your question - we allow a daily number of all-in protections for each player to cover situations where a disconnection is encountered. If you haven't used up your all-ins and you are disconnected when it is your turn to act, here's what happens:

  • If Check is an option, then the system will Check on your behalf
  • If Check isn't an option, a side pot is created and you go all-in for the remaider of the hand. In this case your all-in Remaining count will be reduced by 1.

At the showdown, you will be in contention for all pot funds prior to the creation of the side pot. If you will, your winnings are automatically credited to your account.

At the end of the hand you will be sat out of the game.

A: Our system is designed to detect and manage diconnections and where possible you will be automatically reconnected. We also have safeguards in place so that unscrupulous players can't take advantage of a situation by pretending to be disconnected.

A player is all-in protected when the system determines that the player is disconnected, has money in a pot and is required to take an action that requires either folding or a further financial commitment.

Please Note: Our Tournament games, Pot Limit and No Limit ring games are not all-in protected.

TOP

A: Our system deteremined that your computer was still connected but you didn't make a response to a bet action request. Because your computer was still connected your hand didn't qualify for all-in protection, and in the interest of other players in the game, your hand was folded as there was no option to check on your behalf.

TOP

A: It's likely that the bet prompt did occur but the game in which it occurred didn't come to the front for your action. By the time you looked at that game, your time had expired and the bet prompts were already removed.

Some players want bet prompts coming to the front and some don't. We allow you to set that up as a preference as one of our many options. If you wish to change your setting, you can do so on the Options page, under the Look & Feel tab.

TOP

A: If your total Free Play balance drops below $200 your Free Play account will automatically be replenished to $600 the next time you leave a table.

For those players that have expressed interest in purchasing Free Play chips (tokens) beyond the normal $600 replenishment please click here.
