A: When your software is installed, the "standard" default setting is in place for each option.

You can view or change each default setting on the Option page. When you change a setting on the Options page, it automatically becomes your new default and will be saved even after you leave the cardroom so that your preferences are still in place for your next visit.

A: It's really quite simple. The Options page contains your selected default settings that you want applied to each game you start. If you make a change on the Options page it will be applied to all game tables you have open, and to all future games tables you open.

Once you have a game table open, you can use the Local Options feature to change settings for that game ONLY. These settings will not apply to other games, and in fact, when you close that game table the settings are discarded.

As an example, if the setting on your options page for Player Presentation is set to "player disk", and you open game A and game B, both will use disks to represent players. If you then go to game A, select Local Options, and change the player presentation to "avatars" then game A will immediately change to represent players with avatars. Game B however will continue to display player disks.

Customers tell us that they find this to be an excellent visual clue to help them distinguish between games when they play 2 games at a time.

A: Yes, in fact a lot of players use color as a way to easily distingush between games. It's a little easier to remember that your blue game is fast and loose and your gold game is slow and tight, rather than trying to read names or labels each time you have action.

To change the color in any game, go to the Local Options in either of the Info Boxes in the lower corners of the game table.

A: The Hand History tab, at the Tools page, lets you instantly retrieve the details of any hand played in the cardroom. You can request several hands at once and then key in on the details of those in which you are interested.

Did we mention that we have the BEST hand history presentation in the industry? Our presentation lets you see ALL the action in a hand on a single page. Try it if you don't believe us.

A: Start by going to the Hand History tab on the Tools page.

You have three ways to locate the hand.

  • Enter the hand number if you know it, that's definitely the surest way
  • If the hand was within the last 10 you played, then request your last 10 showdowns
  • Use the date, time and game type to get up to 50 hands for a specified timeframe

It might take a few attempts, but you'll find it! And with the click of a button, you can have the details emailed to your email account.

Will it help you collect on a bet with your friends?

A: These buttons are located at the lower center area of the game table. They allow you to specify your bet action in advance of your betting turn. When your turn arrives any action you selected with these buttons will be automatically taken without the game prompting you. As action moves around the table, these buttons turn blue to indicate the selection is available, gold to indicate the selection has been made and gray to indicate that the selection is not availble based on the current game action.
